As per the best knowledge and belief of our employees, we provide information about the best doctors and treatments available in India, based on the patients' financial budget.
B. User expressly agrees that use of INDIATREATMENTS.COM is at user's sole risk. Neither INDIATREATMENTS.COM, its affiliates nor any of their respective employees, agents, third party content providers or licensors warrant that INDIATREATMENTS.COM will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of INDIATREATMENTS.COM, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through INDIATREATMENTS.COM.

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. D. In case of Organ Transplant, it must be understood clearly that Indiatreatments.com do not facilitate for arranging a donor. The donor has to be a blood relative of the patient and fit to donate an organ and also be willing to do so. All the cases as per the papers submitted by the patient and his relatives are submitted to the Screening Committee of the hospital and the approval of the Committee is mandatory for the Transplant to take place. Indiatreatments.com by no means should be understood as facilitator for approvals. Their scope of service in such cases may at best be limited to let a patient and his/her relatives know about the requirement of documents for approval of transplant. All these requisites are also available at the desk of the hospitals.
E. The rates quoted by the hospitals or by Indiatreatments.com to the patients are indicative only and may vary from the actual cost depending on the actual condition of the patient and treatment required or overstay in ICU/ Ward than that mentioned in the quoted price. The cost of the treatment is a subject dealt by concerned hospitals and the patient. Our scope of service is to facilitate a patient for treatment and make him/her understand about the overall logistics and help him/her getting treatment. We cannot be held responsible for adhering to the quotation given to the patient. The price quoted to the patient is only for a particular treatment including the number of days of stay in ICU/ Room and anything apart and extra from that can be charged by the hospital and the patient has to pay for that.
